FourFox Technologies Website Terms of Use
Rules governing use of the public FourFox Technologies website
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.fourfoxtech.com and related public webpages operated by FourFox Technologies, LLC, doing business as FourFox Technologies (“FourFox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms govern the public website only. Website design, development, maintenance, consulting, and other paid services require a separate written proposal, statement of work, contract, or similar agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding paid services, the client agreement controls.
Eligibility and Intended Audience
The website is intended for adults and authorized representatives of businesses, churches, nonprofits, and other organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the website. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful informational purposes, to review FourFox services and portfolio materials, and to contact us about a potential business relationship. FourFox grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for those purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website in violation of any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or infringing material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, hosting environment, email systems, source code, accounts, or networks.
- Interfere with website operation or security, including by introducing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing access controls, overwhelming resources, or evading rate limits and bot protections.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, index, copy, or extract website content or personal information except for ordinary search-engine indexing that follows published crawl instructions or as otherwise authorized in writing.
- Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit another person’s information without authority.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from website content except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
- Use website content, portfolio materials, trademarks, or other materials to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence model or to create a competing dataset without prior written permission.
Consultation Requests and Communications
Submitting a consultation request does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed. FourFox may accept or decline an inquiry in its discretion. A project begins only after the parties enter into an applicable written agreement and satisfy any stated commencement conditions.
Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, credentials, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through the website form. Information submitted before a written confidentiality agreement is in place may not be treated as confidential, except as required by law or described in the Privacy Notice.
You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that FourFox may use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Electronic communications can be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, or filtered; the form confirmation or automated reply is not a guarantee that a message has been reviewed.
Service Information and No Offer
Website descriptions, examples, timelines, process summaries, and any displayed starting prices are general information and may change. They are not a binding offer, quote, warranty, or promise of availability. Actual scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property ownership, third-party costs, support, and warranties will be stated in the applicable client agreement.
FourFox does not guarantee search-engine rankings, website traffic, lead volume, sales, accessibility compliance, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or service, or any particular business result. Portfolio outcomes reflect specific projects and are not promises of future performance.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, FourFox or its licensors owns the website and its original text, design, graphics, logos, layout, code, compilations, and other content, protected by intellectual-property and other laws. “FourFox Technologies,” related logos, and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Client names, logos, screenshots, testimonials, linked websites, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission or under another lawful basis. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to FourFox or grant you a license.
You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for your internal evaluation of FourFox services, provided you do not remove notices or alter the content. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about the public website, you grant FourFox a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This provision does not assign ownership of a prospective client’s project content or confidential materials and does not replace the intellectual-property provisions of a client agreement.
Third Party Links and Services
The website may link to portfolio projects, client websites, hosting providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and context. FourFox does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, products, services, privacy practices, or later changes to a linked website. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and policies.
Privacy
The FourFox Technologies Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with those practices, do not submit personal information through the website.
Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may correct errors and update content without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, current, complete, secure, or error free. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security events, Internet conditions, and circumstances outside our control may affect access.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FOURFOX DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. FOURFOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, accessibility-compliance, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOURFOX AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR USE; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON THE WEBSITE OR ANY LINKED SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FOURFOX AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOURFOX, IF ANY, SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In that event, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FourFox and its owner, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, material you submit, or your infringement of another person’s rights. FourFox may control the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from the public website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable law, the state and federal courts located in or serving Erath County, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material terms in an existing client agreement may be changed only as that agreement permits.
General Provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the public website, but they do not replace a client agreement. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the stated instance. Headings are for convenience. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
